Daily Nutritious Lunch to Rural School Children

Dear Donor,

As we reflect on the successful distribution of food items to a rural primary school in Tororo District, our strongest feeling is gratitude.

Because of your amazing support, more than 400 school children will have access to nutritious meals throughout a complete school term. This is an important achievement for learners who attend schools where meals are not consistently available to every child.

Your support is helping us respond to a challenge that affects education in many ways. Hunger can make it difficult for children to concentrate, participate, and remain fully engaged throughout the school day. By helping provide nutritious meals, you are supporting both their well-being and their opportunity to learn.

But the impact reaches even further.

Parents are encouraged when they see their children receiving additional support. Teachers are able to work within a learning environment where children have greater energy to participate. Communities are reminded of the importance of working together to protect and invest in the next generation.

Most importantly, the children are reminded that they matter.
