Dear Friend,
Since our first appeal on July 16, you and our community of supporters have come together to raise more than $30,000 for mothers and babies in rural Haiti. And even after that special day, the generosity has continued to flow—your kindness is already making a difference.
With our first disbursement, we were able to purchase much-needed pharmaceuticals—the essential medicines mothers depend on when they arrive at our two birth centers. These supplies ensure that our midwives can continue providing lifesaving care without interruption.
In just two months—July and August alone—our midwives safely welcomed 269 babies into the world. Because of you, every one of those mothers received the medications they needed and gave birth in a clean, safe space, surrounded by skilled, compassionate care. Today, they are home with their healthy babies—a gift beyond measure.
This is the power of community: one that doesn’t just deliver babies, but saves lives.
