We would like to share the most recent report from the Boy With a Ball. This report covers news about the three month period from December 2012 to February 2013.
Boy with a Ball wishes to thank the fund rising team from the bottom of our hearts for their efforts (The board, volunteers, global staff, Costa Rican staff, and, of course, the donors are the ones who made this possible). Thanks to everyone for such great team accomplishment. Share this Project with everyone you know! Our next goal is to raise $10,000 USD, and we need as much help as we can get. This increase in funding has brought a corresponding increase in the impact we have.
We did a lot of activities to help people from this communities. You can see it in the following attachment report .
- We have started a bakery as a small business in El Triángulo Solidario helping directly 8 women and their families improve their economy.
- We have given school supplies to around 100 children in Los Cuadros and El Triángulo Solidario
- We gave more than 300 Christmas gifts to kids in the 2 communities we work in.
- We have finished a quantitative evaluation of Los Cuadros, that will allow us to launch programs based on the needs seen there.
