As planned earlier we conducted World Disabled Day Competitions 2018 for Differently Abled Children on 16 December 2018 (Sunday). This competition was planned, arranged and executed in Collaboration with Samayapuram Traders Association, Samyapuram Lions Club, Sai Vidyala Matriculation School and TOSS (Team of Social Service)
Nearly 75 Children participate and many won prizes in 5 different games. Initially, we started with conducting games and after 12 noon many guest speakers gave motivation speeches and also discussed practical problems faced by Differently Abled Persons and what will be the solutions.
"Celebrating this day is indeed a great idea and important one for bringing our Children out of a small circle. It helped in introducing unbelievable talents to the society which helps them in motivating, encouraging, stress reducing, get along with people in society, above all building confidence," said one of the parent.
Children enjoyed playing these games. They were very happy in receiving prizes. Parents came to know about Government Schemes with which they can get benefits. We ended the program with lunch.
