Thank you for supporting
Andre was born with Spina Bifida and paraparesis, he can't walk.
His parents are struggling financially, but they both work hard to support their son.
The father sells fruits in the open market and the mother has become the main carer for Andre.
He is a very curious and talkative boy.
Physiotherapy is an important way of helping someone with spina bifida to become as independent as possible. The main aim is to help with movement, prevent deformity, and stop the leg muscles weakening further.
Although there is no cure for parapesis physiotherapy and exercises may improve mobility by strengthening muscles and increasing endurance.
Andre will need continuous rehabilitation.
Thanks to your kind donation Andre is able to visit our partner Tony Hawks Centre, Moldova and receive free rehabilitation courses, consisting of massage, physio and hydro therapy.
Your support makes a real difference to children like Andre.
Thank you
