We are delighted to share two meaningful updates from the Tony Hawk’s Centre, Moldova—both made possible through your continued generosity.
Firstly, we are proud to announce the arrival of a Bobath therapy table, a vital tool in the rehabilitation of children with neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy. This specialized equipment enables therapists to deliver more effective, hands-on therapy by supporting movement, balance, and posture in a safe, adaptable environment. It represents a significant step forward in the quality of care provided at the centre.
Secondly, we are pleased to share that art workshops will now take place more frequently at the centre. These sessions are an important part of supporting the emotional and mental well-being of the children. Art offers a powerful outlet for self-expression, creativity, and confidence-building—essential elements of holistic healing.
Thanks to your kind donations, this centre has continuously provided care for children with disabilities for over 20 years. Your support not only funds essential therapies, but also helps create joyful, enriching experiences for every child we serve.
