Hello,
Ailani is a young girl who was born with clubfoot (talipes equinovarus). After receiving surgery, her recovery now depends on consistent follow-up care, family commitment, and access to the right medical tools.
Thanks to the dedication of her family and the support of this project, Ailani recently received a custom orthosis. This device is essential for her rehabilitation, as it helps improve alignment, supports her therapies, and allows her to move more safely and effectively.
For children from low-income families, access to post-surgical care—such as orthoses and ongoing therapies—is often limited. Providing this support makes a meaningful difference in their mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Ailani’s progress reminds us that healthcare is not only about surgeries, but about ensuring children can continue their recovery and move forward with dignity and hope.
Your continued support helps children like Ailani access the follow-up care they need to heal, grow, and thrive.
Please consider donating or sharing this project to help us provide ongoing healthcare for more children in Colombia.
Thank you for being part of their journey
