Drinking Water for Humans,Animals of Thar

"Drinking Water for Humans/ Animals of Thar" is one of the oldest projects of CHCS and is the hallmark of it. It is one of the core visions of CHCS to provide clean, sweet and safe drinking water to humans and animals of Thar. In this regard, CHCS has been striving hard since its inception. Till date thousands of sweet water wells (both manually operated and solar panel operated with submersible pumps) have been digged which are providing water to thousands of humans and animals on daily basis. 

It is pertinent to mention that water wells, on one hand, provide safe drinking water to the people and on the other hand, they have also been a source of earning for the people of Thar as a number of people are involved in the digging of the well who are paid a substantial amount as labor charges. However, CHCS intends to gear up digging of more water wells in coming days so that more and more people may be benefitted from this facility of getting sweet water throughout the year. 

CHCS intends to continue with the project as long as possible in order to provide safe drinking water to as many humans and animals as possible keeping in view that demand has increased considerably over past few years. In this regard, CHCS is particularly thankful to GlobalGiving's Foundation as with this collaboration the message of CHCS reached far and wide across the globe and attracted donors across the globe to donate for the project.

Moreover, Donors from all over the globe are requested to donate generously to this project so that more people may be provided with sweet water at their doorsteps.
