Good news!
In the last three months, thanks to our generous donors, we were able to raise $ 475 and buy two new ecological ovens.
It is always exciting to see the joy in the eyes of the families who regard these ovens as the beginning of a new life!
Indeed, as stated above, oven Mogogo has many advantages: being at low energy consumption, it conflicts with soil deforestation and erosion and gives more time to women and children who are daily forced to travel hundreds of miles to supply wood.
The channeling of harmful fumes prevents many respiratory and eye diseases, allowing children to grow in a healthy environment and women to cook safe engera, a traditional cereal flakes and typical daily food for most of the population.
At the end of September, a group of volunteers will travel to Eritrea and will see in person the utility of these ecological ovens, assisting, if it is possible, to build a Mogogo directly by women.
A special thanks from all the families helped up to now! Keep up with this project, just not enough to improve the lives of these people forever!
