The target group of this Project are Women and young adolescent girls in the age group 18 to 40 years. They are all belongs to scheduled caste ( Dalit ) living in remote and hilly areas selected as the Project area by BOSS . They have been being dominated by men and older people in the community and have not been allowed to single in any social events these young adolescent girls are drop-outs from school at 1 to 8 standard and they are agricultural laborers earning Rs.25 per day.
Microcredit Marvels is a transformative project dedicated to empowering women through microfinance initiatives. Our goal is to provide access to small loans and financial resources, enabling one hundred poor women to start and grow their own selective five businesses. By fostering economic independence and entrepreneurship, we aim to uplift rural poor women in south India from marginalized Rural Dalit communities, fostering sustainable development and positive social change.
This project addresses the problem of financial exclusion and limited opportunities for women by implementing the following solutions: Microfinance Initiatives, Financial Training, Support a Gender-Focused Approach, Empowerment, and Agency, Sustainable Impact, Partnerships, and Collaboration. Overall, the Microcredit Marvels project enables women to break free from financial constraints, fosters entrepreneurship and paves the way for a more inclusive and equitable society.
The long-term impact of this project Provision Shop,Ready made Cloth Sales,Vegetables sales, Fruit sales and Purchase of milk cow could be profound and far-reaching, touching various aspects of the lives of women and their communities. Some potential long-term impacts include Economic Empowerment, Gender Equality, Education and Healthcare, Job Creation, Social Empowerment, Poverty Alleviation, Community Development, Replication and Scaling, Social Cohesion, and Sustainable Impact.
