With the support of GlobalGiving, the "Women's Economic Empowerment through Entrepreneurship" project strengthened the capacities of 45 women beneficiaries through practical training on identifying and evaluating business opportunities. Participants were trained in identifying entrepreneurial ideas, analyzing their feasibility, and developing strategies to create sustainable income-generating activities. At the end of the training, participants identified 10 business ideas, four of which were prioritized for further support. Key results included a better understanding of entrepreneurship, increased confidence in women's entrepreneurial abilities, and a stronger interest in financial independence. Next steps include supporting beneficiaries in selecting and formalizing their projects, strengthening their financial and business management skills, facilitating access to start-up resources, and ensuring regular monitoring of the businesses they create. Thanks to the support of GlobalGiving, the project helps to transform acquired skills into concrete economic opportunities and to enable women and their families to build more sustainable livelihoods.
