Between July and September, the Employment and Entrepreneurship Office (EEO), which is the third and last phase of a two-year model that serves adolescent mothers and their children and is focused on the economic inclusion of these young mothers, achieved the following goals:
- Identified 271 job opportunities, managed 66 jobs, and established 54 corporate contacts.
- Contributed to the attainment of formal jobs through 30 psycho-technical tests, the drafting of 26 resumes, and the follow-up on 105 beneficiaries that are currently employed.
- Strengthened the skills of 308 young women through 7 courses and 8 workshops for professional enhancement.
- With students of the second phase, the EEO conducted 1 course for the prevention of sexual abuse in partnership with CIBER PROTECT; promoted a selection process for the kitchen and table attendant positions in the Naval Club; and performed a financial education training in partnership with Bancamía.
