Abdul-Rahim: A Student and Innovator

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Abdul-Rahim, took a bold step by utilizing simple resources around him to create egg incubators from broken office refrigerators and old electrical appliances. He turned them into a source of income to support his family.

Abdul-Rahim exemplifies courage and creativity in the face of adversity. Having lost his leg and injured his eye due to war remnants, he is a father of three children who had no choice but to find new ways to provide a decent life for them.

He ingeniously created egg incubators from discarded tools, recycling and transforming them into incubators with quality comparable to those sold for over $350, but he manufactures them for just $30.

Your investment in Abdul-Rahim’s education had a profound and direct impact on his life. He made significant strides in returning to education after years of interruption. You provided him the opportunity to continue his education and develop his skills. He didn't just learn; he innovated, creating real opportunities from difficult circumstances.

Your support extends beyond Abdul-Rahim and his family. His story strengthens us all and reminds us that willpower and determination can work miracles. We are proud of his achievements and grateful for your partnership that enabled us to secure education for him and his peers.
