Small-Group Learning

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Learning extends beyond books to include the environment in which students learn and the way they interact with others. That’s where the importance of small-group learning lies, as it emphasizes peer collaboration and the exchange of educational experiences in a more intimate setting.

In the Academic Advising Pathway, we continuously adopt this approach because it helps students to:

  • Develop communication and teamwork skills.

  • Gain the ability to solve problems through discussion and the exchange of perspectives.

  • Receive timely and relevant feedback from peers and mentors.

  • Feel like part of a smaller, closer, and more supportive learning community.

These small groups are not only a tool for learning, but also a space where students discover their personalities, develop social skills, and find the confidence to share their ideas. With every discussion within the group, a seed of awareness and personal growth is planted, one that will accompany the student throughout their educational and professional journey.
