Dear Donors,
In rural Kogi State, many girls are kept out of school due to poverty, early marriage, and lack of basic resources. The “Educate 1,500 Girls from Kogi Villages in Nigeria” project aims to provide tuition support, books, and uniforms, enabling girls to attend school and continue their education. By removing financial barriers, families are encouraged to keep daughters in classrooms, breaking cycles of poverty and early marriage.
Through this initiative, teachers will engage with families to emphasize the importance of girls’ education. With access to learning materials and proper uniforms, these girls can fully participate in school, gain literacy and numeracy skills, and open doors to future opportunities. Over time, educated girls will inspire others in their communities, creating a ripple effect that strengthens education in rural Kogi.
The first donation is a promising start, yet more contributions are needed to reach the funding goal and begin supporting these girls. With your help, 1,500 girls will have the chance to complete their education, improve their life prospects, and contribute positively to their families and communities, building a brighter future for rural Kogi.
Warm regards,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
