This project will train 32 72O small agricultural producers and other value chain member meanwhile 12 months on how to produce and provide on markets food that will not damage the health of human, plants,animals and soil. After training we support production, processing and commercialisation. These are 12 topics we will teach: principle of hygiene and food safety management, risks analysis and control in production, traceability,operator safety and good crop protection practices,etc.
