Teachers, More Prepared Than Ever
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

As part of our preparations for the new academic year, Masarat’s newly joined teaching team participated in an intensive workshop on using Microsoft Teams, the platform that forms the core of our digital learning system.
During the workshop:
-
Teachers explored the main tools of Teams to manage virtual classrooms effectively.
-
They were trained on how to interact with students directly and build an engaging learning environment.
-
Practical exercises simulated real-life experiences that students will have inside their virtual classrooms.
The purpose of this workshop was not only to introduce technology but to empower teachers to turn it into a tool that brings students closer, ensuring a safe, inspiring, and interactive learning experience.
Thanks to our supporters on GlobalGiving, we are able to prepare teachers to be more ready, students to be more confident, and the future to be brighter.

How Does a Refugee Child Begin the School Year?
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Every refugee child living in a simple tent closes their eyes and dreams of having school supplies and new uniforms.
But their reality is filled with deprivation: hunger that exhausts them, cold that chases them, and sometimes even the absence of a classroom seat that steals away their hope.
Your generosity changes this reality, through the Refugee Education Campaign, Masarat provides:
- Digital education programs that restore children’s right to learn.
- Psychological support that heals their fears and restores their confidence.
- Academic and vocational guidance that draws the path toward their future.
Every word a refugee child learns, every skill they acquire, every exam they pass, you are a partner in it. With your continued support, Masarat will remain able to embrace them one by one.
Share the link to the Refugee Education Campaign with your friends, because many refugee children are still waiting for your support.

Teachers Make the Difference
By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

At Masarat, we believe that every successful educational journey begins with the teacher. A teacher is not merely a transmitter of knowledge but a role model, a source of inspiration, and a key supporter for students at every step.
That’s why we are committed to:
- Providing highly qualified teachers with up-to-date expertise and knowledge.
- Ensuring continuous professional development through regular training sessions, enabling them to use the latest pedagogical methods and educational technologies.
- Creating safe and supportive learning environments where students feel a sense of belonging and reassurance, making education an experience filled with motivation and respect.
We believe that investing in teachers is a direct investment in students, and that every hour of training a teacher receives translates into a better opportunity for a student who needs guidance and support.
Thanks to our supporters through GlobalGiving, we can provide this holistic environment, where teachers are better prepared, students are more confident, and the future is brighter.
