Who are you and what do you want?!

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

Mission, vision, and value, with these words, the Director of Academic Counseling inaugurated the first session on "How to Write a Personal Plan," which is part of the "Defining the Launch" program series for students approaching major stages in their academic and professional lives.

During the session, the ways to formulate these three fundamental concepts, which are essential for any successful endeavor, were clarified:

  • Personal Mission: Students were guided to explore their deep-seated goals and understand how their passions and core motivations could shape their professional and personal pathways.
  • Vision: Students were encouraged to envision their future with high hopes and ambitions, and were guided to set goals that surpass usual expectations.
  • Value: The importance of identifying core principles that will guide their behaviors and decisions in life was emphasized. By reflecting on the values they hold, students can clearly define their goals and determine the ethical paths they will follow to achieve these goals.

The session also emphasized the importance of incorporating life aspects into the personal plan to ensure achieving balance and sustained success, in addition to presenting correct methods for setting long-term goals.

Thank you very much, your ongoing support always enables us to continue building bridges of knowledge and success for our students.
