I was reading an article about the impact of sleep deprivation on performance, and how exhaustion weakens focus and increases mistakes. If you’re among those facing this challenge, here are four key tips from the article:
Use caffeine in moderation.
Take strategic breaks or postpone tasks.
Focus on new or sensitive tasks when your energy is higher.
Ask for help or delegate tasks when needed.
As I read this, I couldn’t help but think of our students at Masarat especially children living in camps, who are forced to work long hours to support themselves and their families, balancing work and study is never easy, yet for them, it’s an everyday reality, Despite the fatigue and long nights, their dreams remain alive, and their desire to learn is stronger than any obstacle.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone supporting us through GlobalGiving, because of you, these children, despite having to work, can continue their education through Masarat’s flexible learning model, which allows them to study at times and places that suit their circumstances.
You’ve given them hope that the path to a better future is still open, and you can always extend that hope to other children just like them.
