By Amy M Baty-Herbert | Project Leader
Project Supporters,
We are excited to announce that the Computer Lab at the FAWE all-girls school has received new computers. This is in part thanks to generous support from you!! The Raspberry Pi’s that were in the Fawe Lab have been replaced with the windows system. The girl’s computer training will now be a windows-based system rather than the Linux system they were using.
The girls at the FAWE school are excited to start using their new computers and will now be able to take computer classes using Microsoft Office, enabling classes on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and more.
Thanks again for helping to put smiles on their faces. Making a monthly donation is the most effective way to help girls get their education, but every dollar donated makes a difference!
If you are not yet a recurring donor, we warmly invite you to consider setting up a recurring donation. Even a few dollars a month will go a long way.
Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
With great appreciation,
Amy and the Develop Africa team
