Thanks to your generous support, girls are receiving not only school supplies and school support, but are also receiving food to help with their needs. Families, like Isata's, received extra support in the form of a bag of rice, one gallon of cooking oil, and onions.
Isata's family was very thankful for the extra support that is helping Isata have healthy meals so she can focus her attention on studying and not hunger.
Isata is preparing to take the West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) to receive her high school diploma and continue on to college. Isata desires to become a nurse because she loves taking care of sick people.
We are so thankful for your support that is helping educate girls! If you are not yet a recurring donor, we warmly invite you to consider setting up a recurring donation. Even a few dollars a month will go a long way. Consistent support is the key as this is the best way to ensure ongoing impact.
Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this worthy, ongoing project.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
With great appreciation,
Amy and the Develop Africa team
