Project Report | Dec 10, 2022
Elizabeth is Ready for College

By Amy Baty-Herbert | Project Leader

Elizabeth is very thankful for the ongoing support she has received that has helped her complete her education, study & pass the WASSCE (West Africa Senior School Certificate Exam), which was a requirement for her to attend college.  She recently received her acceptance letter to a local University to study nursing.  She expressed her gratitude in this video saying

I want to say a very big thank you for your help. Because of your help, I was able to take the WASSCE exam and gained admission to the University. Here's my acceptance letter. I want to say a very big thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your support is helping educate girls and young women in Sierra Leone, like Elizabeth. We invite you to keep supporting Elizabeth and other young women who have been accepted to College but still need to pay for an entire year's tuition before being able to start college.

Making a monthly donation is the most effective way to help girls get their education, but every dollar donated makes a difference!

If you are not yet a recurring donor and would like to sign up for a recurring donation go here.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.

With great appreciation,

Amy and the Develop Africa team
