On January 24th we celebrated the International Day of Education with the theme being To invest in people, prioritize education.
Education is a proven way to alleviate poverty and bring lasting change.
Your ongoing support is helping prioritize girls' education. You are bringing lasting change and empowering girls like Elizabeth. In early December, we shared about Elizabeth's acceptance letter to start college. She was delighted to recently receive her first year's tuition so she could start school. She expressed her gratitude for her college tuition saying-
I want to say a very big thank you to you all for providing for my first-year tuition fee. I will use this to pay for my course of study which is BSE in nursing-midwifery and it’s a course where you will save lives and help the sick. Thank you so much.
