Marian is currently enrolled in a Fashion and Design course at College. For Marian, this opportunity represents more than just a class—it is the realization of a long-held dream to build a career in the fashion industry, a field she is deeply passionate about.

She began her program in June, and since then has embraced every part of her training with dedication and enthusiasm. In just a few weeks, Marian has already learned foundational skills such as sewing straight stitches and controlling the sewing machine. She has progressed to mastering seams—including flat felled, corded, and French seams—and exploring different neckline designs, with the sweetheart neckline quickly becoming her favorite. 

Looking ahead, Marian will continue to build her skills over the next six months, working on skirt construction, dresses, traditional attire, and eventually, advanced techniques like designing wedding gowns and jackets.

Marian's journey shows how access to education transforms lives, opening doors to careers that empower women and strengthen communities.
