Thanks in part to your generous support, girls like Esther are gaining critical computer skills that are expanding their educational and career opportunities.
Through the Develop Africa Sierra Leone (DASL) Computer Training Program, students are receiving hands-on computer training designed to strengthen digital literacy and prepare them for success in today’s technology-driven world. Participating girls have been actively learning key Microsoft Office applications—skills that are increasingly required in secondary school, university, and the workplace.
For Esther and her peers, this training goes beyond basic computer use. Access to computer education helps close the gender gap in technology and ensures that girls are not left behind as education and employment become more digitally focused.
Thank you for believing in the potential of girls like Esther. Your investment is creating lasting change by equipping young women with the skills they need to learn, lead, and thrive in Sierra Leone’s future workforce.
We are deeply grateful for your continued partnership and invite you to keep walking with us as we empower the next generation of educated, confident leaders.
Together, we are ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to learn—and the tools to succeed.
With sincere appreciation,
Amy & the Develop Africa Team
