Meet Lily: From JAAGO Student to JAAGO Teacher

From student to teacher, Lily’s journey is a beautiful reminder of how your support can transform lives.

In 2007, Lily joined JAAGO Foundation School as a young girl with big dreams. Coming from a family with limited financial means, access to free education opened doors to opportunities she might otherwise never have had.

For her, school was a place where she not only learned lessons from books but also built confidence, developed values, and learnt to believe in her potential.

After completing her SSC examination in 2018, Lily pursued a diploma in Architecture and Interior Design at Daffodil Polytechnic Institute. And with a deep desire to give back to the community, in 2023, Lily returned to JAAGO, this time not as a student, but as a teacher.

Today, she teaches in the very classrooms where her own dreams first took shape. With the same love, patience, and care she once received, Lily now helps her students learn, grow, and believe in themselves.

Once given the chance to dream, Lily is now helping others do the same.
