We have some exciting news to share. Christel House Mexico is relocating to a larger facility. The learning center has outgrown its cramped, urban quarters, and is moving to a new building in a very impoverished township of Mexico City, Mexico.
Christel House Mexico, the first Christel House learning center, opened in 1998 and currently serves over 400 students in grades 1-9. The facility has been gridlocked on its current property, preventing additional expansion, despite the need. But now, thanks to a generous donor, the school is moving and growing. For the first time, the new school will include a pre-first grade, a much needed high school, and green space, including a soccer field and outdoor basketball courts. The new facility will allow Christel House Mexico to serve twice as many students and double our capacity to transform children’s lives.
Your support is helping us grow and impact more children’s lives. Together, we are breaking the cycle of poverty, one child at a time.
