Our “Providing Inclusive Education in Tanzania” project is about so much more than classroom learning—it’s about creating a whole environment where children can thrive, both in and outside of school. Recognizing that healthy, active bodies support better focus and engagement in academics, we’re developing programs and facilities that promote physical well-being as an essential foundation for learning.
With extracurricular sports programs, a volleyball court, and a first-aid room underway, we’re building a space where students can participate in activities that promote teamwork, resilience, and confidence. These facilities offer opportunities for students to get active, practice new skills, and heal when needed—helping them bring their best selves to the classroom. When students feel strong, healthy, and supported, they’re better able to focus on their studies, retain what they learn, and build a brighter future. Thank you to our donors for making this holistic approach to education possible; we’re excited to share more updates as we complete these spaces and continue to enhance our learning environment!
