Challenge

Many families in Minna struggle with poverty, which can limit their ability to educate their children or for women to start their own business. Expense of transportation makes it difficult for girls to attend school and for women to run businesses. Also, women in Minna have limited access to financial resources, training, and mentorship needed to start and sustain a business These challenges requires community engagement and targeted support programs where girls and women can thrive.

Solution

Education: Through STEM education,we can bridge the educational gap and inspire a new generation of female innovators. Economic Development: Women who start their own businesses can create jobs, provide services, and contribute to the economic growth of their communities. Breaking the Cycle of Poverty: Empowering girls and women with education and business skills can help break the cycle of poverty.

Long-Term Impact

Providing STEM education to girls can lead to higher educational attainment and increased interest in science and technology careers. This can result in a more skilled workforce, which is essential for the growth of various industries. Educated and economically empowered women are more likely to invest in their families and communities, leading to sustainable development. They can contribute to addressing local challenges such as healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability.
