Audrey found African Impact when she was a student in the Adult Literacy Classes in Zambia. After graduating, we hired her as a translator, but her passion for girls’ education and empowerment soon found it's fit in our gender equality program, The Girl Impact.
Her determination and lively spirit caught everyone's attention and it was clear she was the perfect role model for the girls of Livingstone. Audrey now uses her personal experiences and education in Social Work to mentor the girls we work with to help them find their voices and realize they can be anything they want to be!
