By Tashmica Torok | Development Associate

Thanks to loyal supporters like you, The Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project Executive Director and Founder Twesigye Jackson Kaguri has been selected a 2012 CNN Hero.

Today, however we need your help!

There are a total of 24 CNN Heroes this year and coming up this Thursday at Noon ET the Top Ten Heroes for 2012 will be announced!

Please visit the CNN Facebook page and tell them loud and proud that you want Twesigye Jackson Kaguri in the Top Ten! Please comment and share on this website why you think Jackson should be chosen!

The stakes are really high for the children and grannies of The Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project. Each Top Ten Hero receives $50,000 for their charity. If by the end of the voting period, which officially begin Thursday, Jackson is voted as the #1 Top CNN Hero for 2012, he gains an additional $250,000 for this critical work that means so much to you!

What you can do right now!

1. Visit the CNN Facebook page and let CNN know that you want Twesigye Jackson Kaguri on the Top Ten list.

2. Share the link with your friends and ask them to do the same.

Thank you for your love, care, and commitment, to our students and grannies. We are so grateful for you carving time out to help out this week!
