Education is one of the fundamental rights of citizens secured by any state. The state guarantees this right through the Article 25A of constitution which states; "The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such manner as may be determined by law." But, the education for Girls and Boys is very less. Through this project we will provide resources for girls ages 4-20 to get their education in the Province of Balochistan.
The status of education in Balochistan, is one of the worst in the world , particularly if girls literacy rate is taken into account, it is worst and lowest in the world. Only 27% of girls are literate in Balochistan of which only 2% belongs to rural Balochistan. 78% girls, of school going age are out of school. The overall status of education in Balochistan is very bad, not even only for girls but for boys as well. While the girls education is like a ghost not available and disappearing.
Through your donations the following measures will be taken: Creation and up gradation of educational institutes, Providing basic necessities such as books and supplies, fees, uniforms, food support etc. Providing transport facilities Government and authorities to recognize their role Resolving security situation Safety/protection against abductions Educating and enlightening parents Demolition of Sardari system Religious leaders to play their role Political solution to the security situation.
Educated girls are empowered, a girl is educated it mean a Family is educated. Women are the pillars of their families, communities, and the nation. When the home's mother is educated, the entire family's health, well-being, and success are propelled forward and transformed.
