Mattia is studying to become an engineer at Milton Margai College of Education & Technology and attends the boys mentoring programs that started in 2022 thanks in part to GlobalGiving donors like you. He tells what he learned at a mentoring session that covered smart thinking and leadership.
Hello, my name is Mattia, I am a mentee of the Develop Africa mentoring program. Today we learned about smart thinking and leadership. My take here was, in other for you to be a good leader, you need to think smart, you need to think outside the box. And smart thinking entails coming out of your comfort zone and it also helps us to solve problems in our daily lives.
We also learned about a few qualities of a good leader; Gratitude, self-discipline, and self-motivation. Thank you.
