In the last few months, the Gol de Letra foundation has promoted several actions to promote community integration, youth empowerment, and cultural development in its offices based in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and also abroad.
In the Caju neighborhood (Rio de Janeiro), the Arraiá Gol de Cidadania united more than 1.000 people in a big community celebration. The event had traditional dances, games, music, and food that were prepared by local entrepreneurs. The event was a great moment to spread joy, integration, and also generated income and strengthened the local economy.
In São Paulo, the Gol de Letra foundation reopened the Casa da Juventude Sóstenes Brasileiro, which is a space dedicated to youth formation and development. The new name honors our director, recognizing his commitment and his legacy in defending youth rights.
Finally, in France, we had one of the most memorable moments of 2025: 16 young people from the foundation in Brazil traveled to France in the largest group ever sent by the Exchange program. In partnership with the French organization Sport dans la Ville, they participated in workshops, sports, and cultural activities that fostered autonomy, broadened horizons, and expanded their worldview.
