Deciding to give to a cause is a difficult. Research shows that people donate for basically 3 reasons, The first is because you value helping with a social good done by the charity. People donate secondly, because they feel the cause will have a high impact on the problem. The third reason people donate is because they can. They have plenty of money and it is nothing for them to part with an amount when something catches their attention.
This projects' objective is to challenge our youth to make themselves and the world around them a better place. Young people today need this motivation to move forward in a positive direction. To be able to choose a better life by attending school, interning at the clinic, taking care of patients and generally caring about the well-being of another human being.
If you read through all the project reports you will see that many have been helped. They may not be on the front page of time magazine any time soon but they made a difference somewhere in a country where very few get the chance to move up in the world and provide a better environment for their families.
We are very proud of all the medical and nursing interns and Ledy for completing college partly because of funds in this project. All of the funds in this project have been depleted for these purposes. We wish to continue helping change the lives of American and Honduran youths, but can not do it without your help. Please consider giving to change a life.
There are many people here that I see that need help every day. Sadly, many are turned away due to lack of funds. We all know we can not help everyone. Let us start with just helping one.
In gratitude,
