Project Updates

By Chadapa S. | Documentation and Reporting Officer

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Happy New Year 2026! We would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support throughout the past year. Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in the lives of the young girls we support. Without your helping hands, their futures would not be as bright as they are today.

We are pleased to share updates from the Build Brighter Future Project covering the period from October to December 2025.

Mary’s Academic Progress
Mary is now continuing her third year of study in Chemistry at university. Thanks to your support, we have been able to continue assisting her with educational fees and living expenses, allowing her to stay focused on her studies and long-term goals.

Achievements of Our Two Volunteers
As shared in our previous update, our two dedicated volunteers, Mala and Ying (pseudonyms), have begun their first year of university studies in Accounting and Korean Language. During this period, AAT was also able to provide safe and secure accommodation for Mala, as her university dormitory was full.

It is truly a privilege to witness this new chapter of their educational journey, and it would not have been possible without your generous support.

During this reporting period, Joy (from the previous report) and Ying further strengthened their skills by contributing to project design and proposal development through the consolidation of community feedback to improve AAT’s future activities in their home country. In addition, their study visit and volunteer placement at the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women (APSW) and the Mirror Foundation in Thailand enhanced their understanding of women’s protection and social support through cross-border collaboration.

Beyond Individual Stories
These updates highlight individual progress while the impact of your support extends far beyond these stories. Through your generosity, beneficiaries are able not only to continue their education, but also to build pathways toward stable careers, independence, and long-term security, laying the foundation for brighter futures.
Once again, thank you for believing in our work and in the potential of the young people we support.

We deeply appreciate your trust and continued partnership, and we look forward to your continued support in 2026 as we carry on our mission to empower girls and young women.

With gratitude,

The AAT Team
