Our She Learns programme continues to make progress across all areas of work: coding online course, and primary education both in community-based education (CBE) settings and public schools.
Since March 2025, we organised 5 online courses in different coding - web development and English subjects. They were attended by 80 female students.
We expanded our support from 8 to 13 CBE classes in grade 4th in the district of Bagrami. There our partner SSEOA has also distributed class kits and textbooks to support student learning.
The teachers we support in public schools prepared students for the mid-term exam that was successfully completed in August. The 15 schools which we work with directly, received necessary supplies to improve teaching conditions and create a better learning environment for both teachers and administrators.
Overall, our primary education programme supports 3200 children of which 78% are girls.
During the summer break, we organised a refresh training for all our supported teachers (96) in teaching methodologies.
