Education for all girls in Benin

Thanks to the generous support of GlobalGiving donors, the NGO ALDF has already distributed school kits to over 50 children—including orphaned girls—in the rural areas of the Couffo department in southwestern Benin. This initiative aims to improve access to education for children from vulnerable families, particularly girls, who often face poverty and a lack of resources for school supplies and tuition fees. Distributing school kits eases the burden on parents, encourages children to continue their schooling, and reduces the risk of dropping out. Beneficiary parents have expressed their deep gratitude to ALDF and GlobalGiving for this financial support. Despite these encouraging initial results, significant needs remain. Our organization intends to continue its efforts to enable more girls to access education and build a better future. We sincerely thank all our donors for their trust and solidarity.
