Educational Stuff Distribution!

Education is the fundamental right of every child and it is equal to each boy and girl. If a girl is educated, she becomes able enough to nurture her family and look after her children in better way; moreover she influences the society with a unique identity. But, in rural areas, people don't understand the importance of girl education.

In today's era of change, to promote girl education, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized a program in girl schools at nadi village. In which distribution of STATIONERY & Educational Stuff were given to girls of deprived community. All this were given to the needy girls with the support of donors and GlobalGiving. There was lack of stationary items for which the organization distributed stationary to the girls using which they become happy and now love to come to school with new stationary.

In year 2019, thousands of marginalized women and children got the benefit of Better livelihood, Health, Education, Skill Development training by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. Flight to Kusum's Dreams !!

An IMPACT Story !!****

First of all thank you So much We are glad to share the Great news!! We're very proud to RSKS India have been Recognized as a ''Super Star, Effective Non Profit, Top Ranked'' & ''fully Vetted organization'' once again for the year 2019 by esteemed organization GlobalGiving !

My name is Kanwar. I am appointed as a teacher in PAATHSHALA School which is running by RSKS INDIA in BHANWTA village. My village is full traditional typicalcaste and in this caste girl education is not supported. To stop this, RSKS INDIA started the PAATHSHALA School program in our area. In my school a girl named Kusum got admission this year. She was very punctual in the starting but after some time she stopped coming and then I went her home and then I saw her doing goat grazing work.

Her parents did not want Kusum to go to school and study. She was intelligent in studies but her parents were not allowing her to go to school. I gave this information to the RSKS office and then the RSKS team member along with me went to Kusum’s house to talk to her parents, firstly her parents clearly denied for her education. After this we went again and gave them a counseling session in which we told them the importance of girl education.

After our rigorous counseling her parents understood that this age of Kusum is to study not for doing household works. When Kusum’s parents allowed her to go to school then she was on nine clouds. She picked her bag and was ready in seconds to go with me in the school. Now Kusum is punctual in school and studies and then when she goes home then she also do her home works. Kusum was the topper of PAATHSHALA this time in her exams. As a teacher of PAATHSHALA I am very happy as because of the work done by GG and RSKS, girls like Kusum are getting education.
