School Uniform Support to Rural Girls....

RSKS India Family and the beneficiaries wish you and your family "Merry Christmas" !!

The whole corona pandemic period is very mind boggling as many things changed in this period. All the people were sitting at home due to the pandemic and the longest people sitting at home were the children as the last thing which opened after lockdown was the schools. It was a long time for every student when they came back to school and the first thing which they realized before going to school was their dresses as many children surely gained some weight, height or waist. This hence resulted in purchasing of new dresses and the children from financially strong families were able to easily purchase these dresses but there were also families whose financial capability got very poor due to the lockdown. These people were the daily wages labour, migrants etc. Their daughters studying in the schools were not able to go to school as they were not able to afford school dress or school shoes for their daughters.

In this harsh situation, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan decided to provide relief to these girl children and organized School Shoes & Dress Distribution Program at more than 15 schools & to approx 225 girl children. RSKS India organized this program with the support of school administration and the girl children. The girls were told to sit while following the covid-19 protocols and then the school shoes and the dresses were distributed. All these girls who got the benefitted in the School Shoes and Dress through RSKS India belonged to marginalized and deprived families. Some of these girls who were not coming to the school due to short dress and small size shoes were also called in schools by the RSKS Team members and then the new school dress and school shoes were provided to them.

The School Dress and Shoes distribution program of RSKS India not only provided these girls a new dress and new shoes, Motivation to come to school and get education as well as it also made them understand that someone is with them in this harsh situation and humanity is still alive. These girls belonging to deprived and marginalized communities who were not coming to school due to short dress and small shoes started coming to school by wearing their new school dress and school shoes provided by RSKS India. These girls were able to sail through these difficult times because of RSKS India’s relief. The school administration and the marginalized and deprived community girls thanked RSKS India & Donors from bottom of their heart for this wonderful support.
