Education sector was also an area which was heavily disturbed by the Covid-19 pandemic and at the same time the financial condition of the parents of these rural girls was weak. In this situation these girls were unable to get their education materials for studying and also nor they had hygiene kit at home to protect .
Keeping in mind all these situations and through the baseline survey of RSKS India, Educational stuff Distribution was being organized by the RSKS India under which schools bags, hygiene kit (multivitamin tablets, sanitary napkins, soap, towel, sanitizer etc.), books, notebook, copies, pen, pencils, erasers etc stationary materials were provided to around 500 school girls of 32 different schools in rural region. These school girls belonged to poor, marginalized, deprived communities and also their family’s financial condition was poor. This program was done with the support of the school administration as they only gave the school space for the distribution program and also played a vital role while distribution. The local administration also helped the RSKS India team from time to time and the combination of RSKS Team, schools and local administration and girls made this program successful and the relief was being provided to the needy school girls.
These needy, poor, marginalized, deprived community schools girls will be able to improve their future with better education through these education materials being provided by the RSKS India. These girls were intelligent but were study disturbed due to lack of education materials but now these girls can educate without any worries and focus on their study. The teachers and the parents of these girls were very happy with the working of RSKS India team and they all thanked the RSKS India team members and the donors through which this program was successful. These girls are now going to school without any worries and are studying for scoring good marks in their exams. RSKS India team members also gave well wishes to these girls for their better future.
