In many rural areas, access to education and basic hygiene facilities for girls remains a challenge. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) recognized the need to address this issue and ensure that every girl has the opportunity to receive education and maintain proper hygiene. For this Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan started doing door to door baseline survey in different rural villages and also consulted with the school administration so that the needy school girls could be find out.
The team members of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized a comprehensive Door-to-Door Baseline Survey. This survey covered around 60 villages and identified over 1000 school-going girl children in need of education and hygiene support. The survey aimed to gather detailed information about each girl's educational status, access to resources, and hygiene conditions. The survey data will be used to design targeted interventions that address the specific needs of each girl. The "Education For Every Girls" project will provide educational materials, school uniforms, and hygiene kits to ensure that these girls can attend school regularly and maintain their health and dignity.
The Door-to-Door Baseline Survey conducted by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has the potential for transformative impact. By identifying 60 villages and over 1000 school-going girl children in need, RSKS India can now tailor its interventions to directly address the challenges faced by these girls. The project's impact will be multi-fold. Firstly, providing education materials and hygiene kits will encourage more girls to attend school, reducing dropout rates and promoting their overall educational attainment. This will have long-term effects on their future prospects and empowerment. Secondly, the project will raise awareness within communities about the importance of girls' education and hygiene. This can contribute to changing societal attitudes and norms that may have previously hindered girls' education and well-being.
