Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) conducted an extensive door-to-door feedback collection process as part of its Education for Every Girls Program. The goal of this feedback was to evaluate the impact of the program and gather insights from both the thousand of rural girls who had benefited from the initiative and their parents. RSKS India team members visited the homes of each girl to have one-on-one conversations, ensuring that every voice was heard.
The feedback process was conducted with the parents present, allowing for a holistic view of how the program had influenced not only the girls’ educational journeys but also their families’ lives. The team asked about the girls’ academic progress, their increased motivation to attend school, and how receiving educational materials such as school bags, notebooks, pens, and other resources had impacted their studies. Parents were also asked for their perspectives on the program’s effectiveness and whether they had noticed a change in their daughters' confidence or commitment to education. This personalized approach allowed RSKS India to gather genuine and honest feedback, identifying areas where the program had succeeded and any potential challenges that the girls might still face. The information collected from these door-to-door visits will be used to refine and improve future interventions to ensure that every girl continues to receive the support she needs to thrive academically.
The feedback collected from the girls and their parents revealed that the Education for Every Girls Program has made a significant positive impact on the lives of the rural girls who participated. Many girls expressed that having access to necessary educational materials had greatly reduced the financial burden on their families, allowing them to focus on their studies without worry. The girls felt more confident and motivated to attend school regularly, and several shared how their academic performance had improved as a result of receiving the support. Parents were deeply appreciative of the initiative, as it provided their daughters with opportunities that they otherwise might not have had due to financial constraints. Many parents reported that their daughters had become more serious about their education and were showing greater enthusiasm for learning. The program has not only uplifted the academic standing of these girls but also changed the mindset of parents, who now prioritize their daughters' education more than ever before.
