Dear Friends,
Since establishment, Buldan Foundation works to empower women by supporting their higher education under different projects.
As you are aware, a devastating earthquake struck Turkey on February 6. The earthquake not only caused great material damage and loss of life but also affected the education of many students.
So, Buldan Foundation decided to provide computers and scholarships to female students studying in the fields of architecture, civil engineering and geology engineering from earthquake areas with Project called Rebuild Hope. The reason for this is to emphasize that education can play crucial role in minimizing the damages caused by disarters.
In order to reduce their sorrow, Buldan Foundation decided to use GlobalGiving grant made in partnership with Riot Games for students from eartquake areas. So, as a start, we would like to inform you that we sent computers to students from eartquake areas for their online education.
Later on, we will give them scholarships to support their education. Once again, we thank you and GlobalGiving and Riot Games for this priceless support.
