Education Support for Underprivileged Children

We are delighted to share our gratitude and pride as SERUDS continues its meaningful partnership with the GlobalGiving Foundation, USA—one of the world’s most respected nonprofit platforms. This partnership strengthens our mission to uplift marginalized communities, especially young girls who dream of a brighter future.

At SERUDS, we firmly believe that education is the most powerful tool for social transformation. To ensure that deserving girl students from economically disadvantaged families do not lose access to education, our team conducts detailed field surveys in government schools and communities. Through these surveys, we identify girls living below the poverty line who demonstrate strong academic performance, regular attendance, and a clear desire to learn.

We regularly engage with teachers, community leaders, and school authorities to understand the specific challenges faced by these students. Many of them lack even basic educational materials, which often leads to absenteeism and, in severe cases, school dropouts. To prevent such setbacks, SERUDS provides timely educational support, believing that once a child receives proper education, she can shape her future independently without needing any other asset.

Through the Educational Material Sponsorship Program, we support 100 underprivileged girl students studying in Classes VII and VIII. The support package includes long and short notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, writing pads, sketch sets, school bags, branded new uniforms, shoes, and socks. These essential resources not only strengthen their learning experience but also boost their confidence and motivation.

Our continuous focus on education has significantly contributed to reducing absenteeism and preventing school dropouts. Many girls who once struggled to continue their studies are now attending school regularly, performing well, and moving closer to fulfilling their aspirations. We also work closely with the students through motivational sessions on career guidance, communication skills, and personal development, helping them believe in their potential.
