It’s summer break in Ethiopia, and we’re thrilled to share an update that highlights the direct impact of your generosity. The girls and young women in our program have not only completed their school year, but every single one of them has advanced to the next grade with honors.
We are especially proud to celebrate the achievements of one of our rising 12th graders, who has earned the remarkable distinction of being first in her class. Her success is proof of what we’ve always known: talent is universal, but opportunity is not. With the right resources, these young women can excel, overcome challenges, and eventually break the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
