Dear all Alhassan Foundation’s friends, believers & supporters,

Let’s start 2019 with a positive attitude and make our New Year resolution to raise our kids to love and support their peers with no prejudice or stereotyping. Let’s encourage them to show their own talents and trust in their abilities no matter what.

We are so proud of our kids on wheels and we urge you all to feel the same. Others will look at them and see them as physically challenged kids and may be think that they are trapped in their wheelchairs. Yet we don’t see that neither do these talented kids. We organized a huge event last month as the biggest Funday for only kids with disabilities in Egypt where our kids on wheels were having fun, showing their talents and interacting & playing with abled people.

This event was organized & sponsored by our foundation in collaboration with different stakeholders & partners as volunteers and facilitators during this amazing event. The kids were so happy and felt that they belong to a bigger loving and welcoming community.

Check the event video in the link below:

We hope that you can support us in nurturing these efforts to broaden our services and organize similar events in several schools, universities, social clubs, malls, public places and everywhere. Help us raise the awareness and educate the next generation on inclusion, accessibility and on how to deal with their peers if they look different or if they have any physical challenges. Collaborate with us in nurturing our kids on wheels talents to have more self-esteem and trust that THEY CAN do whatever they dream of and work for. That will make our communities live better, healthier and happier for sure.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support. We urge you to continue supporting our cause and stay loyal donors to our cause through subscribing to a monthly recurring donation option. That will help wheelchair users in Egypt be more confident and accomplished. Please visit our Facebook page to read other success stories:

Thank you for believing in the differently abled. :)
