Eitan- Everybody Can!- Report to GlobalGiving

The generous support from the GlobalGiving Community has empowered Eitan-Everybody Can! to extend its model for the benefit of individuals with cognitive disabilities across Israel.

We're happy to share the success of Eitan-Everybody Can in 2023, marked by continued growth and program expansion, supporting individuals with autism nationwide.

To date, our team of over 150 professional trainers and volunteers is guiding more than 500 individuals across 50 locations. To broaden our impact, throughout the year we broadened our marketing efforts and formed new partnerships with municipalities and schools across the country, aiming to establish additional training teams in Israel's periphery. Training sessions have commenced in schools, and we're preparing infrastructure for the upcoming school year.

Unfortunately, Since October 7^th, Israel is grappling with one of the most significant crises in its history. " In these challenging times, we aim to harness our expertise, experience, infrastructure, and available tools to ease the immediate burdens on displaced families and encourage the involvement of all family members. The wartime conditions present challenges for every individual in the country, giving rise to tension, worry, fear, anxiety, and daily stress. These emotions are heightened for individuals with special needs, who navigate the harsh reality with heightened sensitivity. Often grappling with communication and expression challenges, they endure emotionally charged moments and require unique, empathetic support.

To address this, we initiated a system of personalized fitness training for individuals with special needs and their families in all temporary evacuation centers. This initiative has demonstrated efficacy in helping overcome immediate challenges, significantly contributing to enhanced capabilities and self-confidence, the development of personal resilience, and the fortification of inner strength for everyone, particularly those with special needs.

Our mission is to extend assistance to anyone in need throughout the country! We provide responses through personal training and small group sessions for individuals with special needs. Additionally, we conduct empowerment workshops for large groups in temporary evacuation centers, facilitated by trainees with special needs who have become instructors themselves. Our goal is to cater to hundreds of individuals seeking professional and experienced instructors for activities promoting relief and sports for people with special needs.

The demand for our services in Israel is steadily growing, prompting us to seek new partners and supporters. Our ongoing mission is to ensure that all Israelis with special needs can access professional fitness training, directly improving their quality of life.

The generous support of The GlobalGiving Community allowed Eitan-Everybody Can! to expand its model for the benefit of people with cognitive disabilities throughout Israel. We are happy to report that 2023 has been a very successful year for Eitan-Everybody Can and we are continuing to grow and expand our programs and support people with autism all over the country. Our team of over 150 professional trainers and volunteers are accompanying more than 500 individuals in 50 locations.

We are increasing our marketing efforts and establishing more partnerships with various local municipalities and schools across the country in order to open more training teams in Israel's periphery. We have also started holding trainings in the schools and preparing the infrastructure for the start of the upcoming school year.

In addition, we have held an Eitan Course of 50 academic hours in cooperation with the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center, to train coaches according to the Eitan model. We are also in the process of integrating a CRM system in order to manage our data more efficiently as we are growing at a rapid pace.

The demand for our services in Israel is continuously growing and we are constantly looking for new partners and supporters to ensure that all Israelis with autism are able to benefit from professional fitness training and as a direct result, better their quality of life.
