Hola friend,
We here at the Fruit Tree Planting Foundation can hardly believe we are about to enter year five of our 100,000 Fruit Trees for El Salvador project!
It seems just yesterday we were envisioning a future for El Salvador where all families have access to local, fresh fruit to supplement their diets and income. And now here we are! Five years and tens of thousands of fruit trees later, FTPF is gearing up for another round of tree planting and educational events in this small Central American country.
And there is still time for you to join us! We will be welcoming volunteers to join our staff, other volunteers, and in-country partners to work alongside local Salvadorans to plants thousands of trees at schools, farmer's cooperatives, and family homes this summer. This is hard yet meaningful work, and we can use all the hands and good spirits we can get!
Send an email to our Project Cooridinator at lizzy@ftpf.org for more information, or check out the link below to see the itinerary.
As always, THANK YOU for all you do for FTPF and Salvadoran families!
Muchas gracias,
The FTPF Team
