Supporting the local youth's learning environment

It has been about eight months since the major earthquake struck Myanmar in March 2025. This quarter, your warm support enabled us to continue relief activities in the affected areas.

The earthquake caused extensive damage to many school facilities, severely impacting the learning environment for local schoolkids. Although temporary classrooms have been constructed at some of the affected schools, the scale of the destruction means that many facilities are still far from being fully restored.

In the communities we support, your donations helped provide new water tanks to two schools where the original tanks had been destroyed, making it difficult to secure drinking water. With your support, students are now able to access safe water.

We also supported repairs at a kindergarten in another area where part of the wall had been damaged. Thanks to your generosity, a safe environment has been restored, enabling kids to attend kindergarten again.

Seeing these efforts, residents in the affected areas have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported them. Moving forward, we are planning to launch agricultural support (such as distributing organic fertilizers) to help communities rebuild their livelihoods. This will be done in addition to distribution of essential supplies and infrastructure assistance we have carried out so far.

We will continue to work closely with our local teams to ensure that your generous contributions are delivered effectively and help restore children’s learning environments and daily lives.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
